Bree Jordan is the Managing Director and owner of TRP Recruitment with over 20 years experience in Recruitment & Human Resources. Bree has worked in a broad range of industries, the major space being Supply Chain & Logistics.

Meet Jess, TRP's seasoned recruitment wizard! With over four years under her belt, she's known for her pro-level skills, rock-solid reliability, and an epic sense of humour.
 During the week, she's the donut bearer at site visits, and off the clock, she's chasing waves down the coast, trying to master surfing

Originally employed as an administrator with TRP, Booie, or Boo, officially became part of the TRP family in 2019, and she's been running full steam ahead ever since.  She loves a challenge and has the unique ability to find the right candidate for her clients in record time - this gal is as cool as a cucumber!

Lucy's journey at TRP started as a receptionist, but it didn't take long before her amazing talents shone through as a consultant. She's been on that track ever since! With her warm and bubbly personality, Lucy's like a trusted friend to our candidates and clients. She's a pro at handling important accounts and is a super-valuable part of our team. When she's not in the office, you'll find Lucy enjoying the good life in the sun, hanging out with friends and family, and just loving life.

Having a background in hospitality, Alicia effortlessly made the leap into the exciting world of recruitment. She absolutely loves working with the TRP team, meeting new people, and learning something new every day, always with a smile!

 When she's not on the job, Alicia enjoys soaking up the sun with her family and her furry friends.

With 15+ years in hospitality and customer service, Tahlia is all about people. After a decade in Dubai flying the skies as a friendly, globetrotting flight attendant (76 countries and counting!) she joined TRP and has quickly made an impact with candidates and clients.

Suzanne, a TRP team member since 2012, boasts 25+ years in payroll and finance. Recently, she also took on Workcover and Return to Work duties. Beyond TRP, Suzanne is all about family time, camping, and friends. Suzanne really is an original of the TRP gang.

Donna, our payroll superstar at TRP, joined us in 2017 and climbed the ranks to become our Payroll Supervisor. She's the heart and soul of TRP.
Beyond work, Donna's all about family, especially her awesome son and her adorable dog Bonnie. She's the go-to person if you need a pick-me-up, spreading positivity wherever she goes which makes her an invaluable part of the TRP family.

Alexis, or Lexi as she's affectionately known is part of the original TRP family and has helped build the business to where it is today. Lexi is a Melbournian, but has traded the cooler weather for a gig in Sunny Brisbane, taking care of all things TRP up North. Everyone who knows Lexi loves her - it's hard not to!

Sandra worked as Travel agent and a sales manager for a large resort group. Sandra moved into recruitment and managed a hospitality client for over 12 years! When she’s not at the gym, Sandra loves spending time with her friends, family and two dogs.

If you want things done - ask Mirella. She's a gun! With no recruitment experience prior to starting with TRP, we knew she would just "get it". People, quality service, and efficiency are Mirella's power. She compliments our Brisbane team and is quickly taking over some of the bigger Transport & Warehousing clients that TRP look after.

If there was ever a natural in our industry, this is the guy! A client has a problem? Heath will fix it and come up with a solution so it doesn’t happen again. A born leader and a genuine good bloke, Heath leads our Sydney team who are new kids on the block, but kicking some serious goals! Outside of work Heath spends time with his wife and son who also share his passion for travelling, enjoying city adventures and chilling at home.

With over 15 years of Operations Management experience, Gorana made the transition to recruitment bringing firsthand industry knowledge to TRP. A natural problem-solver with a high-energy approach, Gorana thrives in fast-paced environments—both in business and in life.

With a background in nursing, Sam transitioned from caring for patients to ensuring safety as our dedicated Safety Officer. Known around the office as 'Safety Sam,' she brings a wealth of experience, having previously worked as a pallet controller and in line haul operations. Now a proud mother, Sam balances her career with her passion for coaching basketball in her spare time.

Dani, with a few years under her belt at TRP, is an integral part of the payroll crew, ensuring everyone gets paid on time whilst balancing her busy family life. Beyond the payroll beat, she's all about treasured family moments and staying active.

With over 10 years of retail experience, Jacinta was an area manager for a well known fashion brand. Jacinta decided to kick off her high heels for some steel cap boots and join the TRP fam.

Coming from a floristry background, Mikaela decided to ‘grow’ her career and join team TRP. Starting with us as a resourcer Mikaela quickly ‘bloomed’ and made her way up to becoming one of our superstar consultants. When she’s not working hard to ensure our clients and candidates needs are met, you’ll find her hiking with her dog ‘Feta’.

Kirby brings a wealth of experience and energy to our QLD team as a dedicated Resourcer. With a background in residential construction, she thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. After a year-long adventure traveling around Australia with her husband and three young girls, Kirby joined the TRP team. When she's not matching talent with opportunity, you'll find her soaking up the sun and embracing the chaos that comes with her love of a busy, high-energy lifestyle.

Coming from a teachers aid position, Caitlin decided to hang up her lesson plans in exchange for a TRP vest. When she’s not working on site, you will find her cuddled on the couch with her cat Ed Sheeran watching Real Housewives.
